They fished for 11 nights, which is good going, and managed to bank 58 fish weighing in at over 1200 pounds!
Mr Howarth and his son Chris had a fantastic two weeks at the venue of Neuilly. They had the bankside gite for the two weeks and decided to fish from the gite doors for the entire time, and who would blame them! The gite sits only yards away from the bank side along the dam wall. They chose to fish along the old river bed, which proved very productive! Out of the 1200lbs of banked fish there was a 32lb catfish, a 27lb 4oz grassy, 15 twenties, 6 thirties and a cracking 45lb 8oz common (pictured).
