It has become evident over the seasons that proximity to Calais is becomming paramount. We have selected a few venues below which are all within 3 hours drive from the port of Calais making the driving part of your holiday less of a chore and importantly less expensive.

bivvy onlyLocated in upper Normandy Vallee Lake is a 13acre lake conveniently located close to the major ferry port of Calais being only 1.5 hours away. This makes Vallee lake the perfert location for both weekend and week stays. Just minutes from the town of Blangy sur Bresle with its supermarkets ,restaurants and shops.
Vallee lake has everything for both the bivvy angler and those who choose one of the beautiful bankside lodges.
The onsite tackle shop provides tackle, food, drinks, and snacks together with bait boat hire, tackle hire and fresh bait. Takeaway meals are also available.

bivvy onlyVallee Lake 2 is a 24 acre lake set in a stunning location close to the ports with Boulogne being only an hour away. Just minutes from the town of Blangy-sur-Bresle, with its supermarkets, shops and restaurants, Vallee Lake 2 has everything for the serious angler who likes a large lake with the option of moving to different swims and stalking as conditions dictate.
This exciting new lake is situated in the ‘Vallee de la Bresle’ adjacent Vallee Lake 1and has been virtually un-fished prior to acquisition. The new lake is independent of Vallee Lake 1 but still retains the same charm, facilities and services with the exception of bank side lodges.

The venue is just 2 hours 30 minutes from Calais and only 100 kilometres from the Belgain border. Excavated in the late 1970s, the complex consists of 2 beautifully matured & established carp fishing lakes, renowned for their big fish, plus one 1 acre stock lake.
